In this sound track, someone is handling a bag of crisps with strong intent on making rumple noises. The motion is holding and folding the bag of crisps. The sounds has a metallic quality to it, the motion is done at random. Useful for sample slicing. It is recorded with a simple tie microphone and then edited on audacity to reduce noise and isolate the sound.

Two chimes colliding. Recorded in a very dry room with a mid-sides mic setup. Mics used were akg 414, and an oktava mk-012-01 pencil condenser.

Sorta out of tune and pitch but can probably be used for something in the background. Mid gain distortion with some vibrato.

Upper maxwell falls, evergreen, co, at the top of the falls. Recorded at dusk (~8:00pm) 2017-08-23, approximately 16'c, conditions clear. I wanted to record the sound of a keyring - or rather the keys strapped to it - make while in mid-air. There are the keys audible, recorded hitting the stack of hay (soft landing) and air blowign into the mics while the recordied has high velocity. I was throwing my recorer with my left hand, while simultaneously throwing my keyring with my right hand. The throw was vertical and the landing zone was a pile of hay. I thing there are some interesting sound here, i'm uploading it unedited to make it possible to cut out whatever you like. Recorded with a flying zoom h2 at 48khz/24-bit, edited, nomalized and converted to flac using audacity.

The sound of a bright march morning featuring cardinals, robins announcing their territory, and wrens. The temperature was right at 50 degrees with no wind. I made this recording with my marantz pmd661 using two samson co-2 microphones. , pointed 180 degrees apart to gather as much sound as i could. The sound was sometimes a cacophony as it seemed all of the neighborhood birds were so happy that spring is finally here, many times they were all singing at once. !.

Drip coffee without sugar recorded with internal zoom h1 mics @ 44. 1k 24 bit. . . Leveled and normalized and dc removed in reaper with various vst's. Rendered @ 44. 1k 16 bit with dither and noise shaping probably not needed. . . Then encoded to flac level 6 with dbpoweramp and uploaded.
